From any location in Dyfed, head towards Machynlleth. If you're coming from the south, take the A487 northbound. If you're coming from the north, take the A489 southbound. Once you reach Machynlleth, follow the A493 westbound towards Aberdyfi. After approximately 3 miles, look for signs directing you to the River Dyfi. You can park at the designated parking areas near the river, but be aware that some may require a small fee, typically around £2-£4 for a few hours.
