From Glasgow city centre, head to Glasgow Queen Street Station. Take a train heading towards Falkirk Grahamston. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Falkirk Grahamston station, exit the station and follow the signs to the bus stop. Catch the number 3 or 6 bus towards 'Falkirk Wheel' and get off at the stop named 'Falkirk Wheel'. You will see the attraction just a short walk from the bus stop.

From Glasgow city centre, head to the Buchanan Bus Station. Look for buses heading towards Falkirk. You can take the number 10 or 38 bus directly to Falkirk. The journey will take about 50 minutes. Once you reach Falkirk, disembark at the Falkirk Wheel stop, which is well signposted. The Wheel is located just a short walk from the bus stop.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing services in Glasgow. Start your journey from George Square and head east towards the River Clyde. Follow the river path until you reach the Forth and Clyde Canal. Continue along the canal path towards Falkirk. The ride is approximately 20 miles and will take about 2 hours, depending on your cycling speed. Once you reach the Falkirk Wheel, you will see the impressive structure ahead.
