Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from Glasgow Central Station, exit the station onto Gordon Street. Turn right onto Hope Street and walk straight until you reach the junction with St. Vincent Place. Turn left onto St. Vincent Place, then take the next right onto George Square. Continue walking through the square, and exit on the northeast corner onto the pedestrianized area known as the Merchant City. Follow the signs for High Street, which will lead you directly to Tolbooth Steeple located at 1 High St, Glasgow G1 1LX.

  From Buchanan Street, head south towards the Royal Exchange Square. Continue straight onto the pedestrianized area, and take a left onto Ingram Street. Walk east on Ingram Street until you reach High Street. Turn right onto High Street, and you will find Tolbooth Steeple at 1 High St, Glasgow G1 1LX.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  If you are near the Glasgow Bus Station, take a bus that heads towards the city center. Look for lines that stop at High Street or nearby locations. Once you get off at High Street, walk towards the historic site of Tolbooth Steeple, which is located at 1 High St, Glasgow G1 1LX. It is a short walk from the bus stop.

• Public Transport (Subway)

  From the Buchanan Street Subway Station, take the subway towards the Hillhead direction. Change trains at St. Enoch Station and head to the Bridge Street Station. Exit the station and walk north on the south side of the Clyde River until you reach the High Street area. Tolbooth Steeple is at 1 High St, Glasgow G1 1LX, which is a short walk away.
