The Stagecoach service number 4 is a direct route to Culloden. Board the bus and enjoy the approximately 15-20 minute ride. You will disembark at the Culloden Battlefield stop. From there, you can follow the signs to the Culloden Monument, which is a short walk away.

If you prefer to walk from Inverness to Culloden Monument, start at the Inverness Castle, located at Castle Street. Head east on Castle Street towards the river, cross the Ness Bridge, and continue straight onto the A9 road. Follow A9 for about 3 miles, passing through residential areas. When you reach the Culloden Moor area, keep an eye out for the signs directing you to the Culloden Monument. The entire walk may take approximately 1 hour.
