Car
If you are traveling by car, start by heading towards the A857 road. From Stornoway, follow the A857 north for approximately 17 miles until you reach the village of Barvas. Once in Barvas, turn left onto the B8011 road towards Arnol. Continue on this road for about 4 miles until you reach the sign for Arnol. Follow the road signs directing you to Arnol 'Beach', which will be located on an unnamed road leading to the coast.

For those using public transportation, first take a bus from Stornoway to Barvas. Buses operate regularly, but you should check the local schedule for exact times. Once you arrive in Barvas, you will need to either walk or arrange a taxi to take you the remaining 4 miles to Arnol. Taxis can often be found near the bus stop, or you can pre-book one.
