    If you're driving from Lanarkshire, head south on the A76 from either the city of Hamilton or the town of Airdrie. Continue on the A76 for approximately 20 miles until you reach the town of Sanquhar. As you approach Sanquhar, look for signs directing you to the A702. Turn left onto the A702 (also signposted for the Mennock Pass) and continue for about 4 miles. You will begin to see the stunning landscapes of Mennock Pass as you approach.
