If you are at Manchester Piccadilly Station, exit the station onto Ducie Street. Turn right and walk towards the main road, London Road. Continue straight to cross over the road and follow the signs for the Oxford Road. Walk down Oxford Road for about 15 minutes until you reach the Mansfield Cooper Building, which is located at Oxford Rd, Manchester M13 9PL. The Manchester Histories entrance will be at this location.

From St Peter's Square, head to the bus stop on the corner of Deansgate and Peter Street. Take bus numbers 40, 41, or 42 towards the university.
