  • Car

    If you are traveling by car, start on the A701 from your location in Midlothian. Follow the A701 north towards Edinburgh, and merge onto the A720 (City Bypass) at the roundabout. Continue on the A720 until you reach the junction for A71. Take the A71 exit towards Edinburgh. Follow the A71 until you reach Lothian Road. Turn right onto Lothian Road and continue straight until you reach the Fountainbridge area. Lochrin Basin will be on your left side shortly after you cross the canal bridge.
