Car
If you're driving from the town of Pembroke, take the A40 road heading northwest towards Fishguard. Continue on the A40 for approximately 10 miles until you reach the roundabout at Fishguard, then take the first exit onto the A487. Follow the A487 for about 1 mile, and then turn left onto the A4040. Continue on this road until you see signs for Fishguard Fort. There is parking available nearby; please check for any parking fees.

Public Transportation - Bus
From Pembroke, you can take the bus service 411 towards Fishguard. The journey will take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Fishguard, disembark at the Fishguard Town stop. From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk to Fishguard Fort. Walk along the Main Street, then turn left onto the A487. Continue straight until you reach Fishguard Fort. Make sure to check the local bus schedule for return times.

If you are traveling from further away, you can take a train to Fishguard and Goodwick station. Trains run from various locations; check the National Rail website for schedules. Once you arrive at the station, you can take a local taxi or catch a bus to the town center.
