    From the center of Stratford-upon-Avon, start at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. Head south on the Bancroft Gardens path towards the River Avon. As you reach the river, turn left and walk along the footpath beside the river. Continue walking until you reach the nearby bridge. Cross the bridge and follow the signs to the A3400 road. Once on the A3400, head north towards the town of Moreton-in-Marsh. After approximately 6 miles of walking along this road, you can take a right onto the High Street in Stow-on-the-Wold. The Stow-on-the-Wold Fountain will be located along this street in the town center.

    From the main bus station in Stratford-upon-Avon, take the bus service towards Moreton-in-Marsh. The bus service usually runs every 30 minutes.
