Change at London Bridge for the Northern Line towards Borough. Finally, take the Jubilee Line again towards North Greenwich and disembark at London Bridge station. Exit the station and walk towards Monument Street. Follow signs for Monument and then take a left onto Fish Street Hill. Continue straight until you reach Brown's Buildings, where Swingers Crazy Golf is located.

After that, switch back to the Jubilee Line towards North Greenwich and get off at London Bridge station.
