Entry to The Garden at 120 is free and does not require advance booking for individuals or small groups, making it an accessible retreat for locals and tourists alike. After a brief security check reminiscent of airport procedures, visitors are whisked up by dedicated lifts to the rooftop. The garden has a maximum capacity of 200 people, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere even during busier periods. While a restaurant is planned to open on the 14th floor, currently a kiosk on the level below offers teas, coffees, and snacks. The garden also provides free restrooms, seating areas, and information boards to enhance the visit.
