Walking
If you are starting from Windsor Castle, exit the castle and head south on Castle Hill. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Sheet Street. Turn left onto Sheet Street and walk until you reach the end, where it intersects with Windsor High Street. Turn right onto High Street and walk towards the main shopping area. Continue along High Street until you reach the junction with Peascod Street, where you will see a large roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto St. Leonards Road. Keep walking straight until you reach Alexandra Gardens, which will be on your right. The Windsor Wheel is located within Alexandra Gardens.

Walking
If you are starting from the Windsor and Eton Central train station, exit the station and head east towards the main road (B376). Cross the road and follow the path towards Windsor Bridge. Cross the bridge over the River Thames. Once you are on the other side, turn left and follow the riverbank path. Continue walking along the river until you see Alexandra Gardens on your left. The Windsor Wheel is situated within the gardens.

If you are near the Windsor Theatre Royal, you can catch a bus to Alexandra Gardens. Look for local bus services heading towards Alexandra Gardens or Windsor Central. Once you are on the bus, remain on until you reach the stop for Alexandra Gardens. After getting off, walk into the gardens where you will find the Windsor Wheel.
