Car
If you're driving in Arches National Park, start at the Arches National Park Visitor Center. From the Visitor Center, take Arches Entrance Road (UT-191) and follow the signs towards the Windows Section. Continue on the road for about 8 miles until you reach the turnoff for the Windows Area. Turn left onto the Windows Road and follow it for about 1 mile until you reach the parking area for North Window Arch. There is no fee for parking at the Windows parking area, but entrance to Arches National Park requires a fee of $30 per vehicle, valid for 7 days.
Public Transportation (Shuttle)
If you're using public transportation, note that there is no direct shuttle service within Arches National Park. However, you can use the Moab Area Transit system to reach the park entrance. Once inside, you will need to walk or bike to the North Window Arch. From the Visitor Center, follow the directions provided for driving, as the paths are the same. Make sure to check the local shuttle schedule for available times to ensure you can make it to the park.
Walking
If you are already in the Windows Area, after parking your vehicle, you can walk to North Window Arch. From the parking area, follow the designated trail that leads to the arch. The trail is well-marked and takes approximately 0.5 miles (one way) to reach the arch. Enjoy the scenic views along the way, and be sure to bring water and wear comfortable shoes, as the terrain can be rocky.
