Walking
From the entrance of the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, head south on Viale Vaticano. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Via della Stazione di San Pietro. Turn left onto Via della Stazione di San Pietro and continue walking. After about 200 meters, you will reach the end of the street. Cross over to Via di Porta Angelica and continue walking straight. In about 500 meters, you'll arrive at Piazza San Pietro. From there, take the right exit onto Via della Conciliazione, which leads you directly to the Tiber River. Follow the riverbank for about 700 meters until you see the bridge, Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach Piazza della Bocca della Verità. The Santa Maria in Cosmedin will be right in front of you.

From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, walk to the nearest bus stop located at 'Piazza San Pietro'. Take bus number 23 towards 'Largo di Torre Argentina'. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop 'Piazza della Bocca della Verità'. Once you exit the bus, you will find Santa Maria in Cosmedin just steps away at Piazza della Bocca della Verità, 18.

From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, walk to the nearest metro station at 'Ottaviano - San Pietro'. Take Metro Line A towards 'Anagnina'. After 4 stops, get off at 'Termini'. Transfer to Metro Line B (Blue Line) towards 'Laurentina'. Travel for 2 stops and get off at 'Colosseo'. From the Colosseo station, exit and head southwest towards Via della Salara Vecchia. Walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river over Ponte Palatino, then walk along the riverbank until you reach Piazza della Bocca della Verità.
