Exit the Gregorian Etruscan Museum and turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Walk straight for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Turn right onto Via di Porta Angelica and continue walking for another 200 meters. You will arrive at Piazza della Bocca della Verità on your left. The Mouth of Truth is located in the square.

From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Cavalleggeri/Museo'. Take Bus 23 towards 'Piazza Risorgimento'. After 4 stops, get off at 'Piazza della Bocca della Verità'. Once you exit the bus, the Mouth of Truth will be directly in front of you in the square.
