    Exit the Sistine Chapel and head towards St. Peter's Basilica. Once outside, walk straight towards the main square (Piazza San Pietro). Once you reach the square, turn left onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo. After crossing, continue walking straight until you reach Piazza Navona. From Piazza Navona, turn left onto Via di Tor Millina, which will lead you to Via del Corso. Walk along Via del Corso until you see the signs for Piazza Borghese. The Palazzo Borghese will be located on your right at the Piazza Borghese.
