    Exit St. Peter's Basilica from the main entrance. Once outside, head towards the left side of the basilica and walk down the Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at Piazza di San Giovanni in Laterano. From there, take the second exit onto Via Garibaldi. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 kilometers. Fontana dell'Acqua Paola will be on your right, just past the intersection with Via di San Francesco a Ripa.

Continue for about 1 kilometer until you reach Fontana dell'Acqua Paola.
