From St. Peter's Square, exit the square towards the main street, Via della Conciliazione. Walk straight along Via della Conciliazione until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Once you are on the other side, continue straight onto Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Via dei Banchi Nuovi. Turn left onto Via dei Banchi Nuovi, and continue straight until you reach Piazza Navona. From there, continue heading straight to the intersection with Via del Teatro di Pompeo and turn right. Follow this road until you reach Viale dei Romagnoli; Teatro di Ostia will be located at Viale dei Romagnoli, 717.

From St. Peter's Square, walk to the nearest metro station, Ottaviano (Line A). Take the metro towards Anagnina and travel for 4 stops. Get off at the station Termini. At Termini, transfer to the metro Line B towards Laurentina. Travel for 4 stops and get off at the station Piramide. From Piramide, exit towards the bus station and take Bus 780 towards Ostia. Get off at the stop 'Teatro di Ostia' which is near Viale dei Romagnoli, 717. The Teatro di Ostia is a short walk from the bus stop.
