    From St. Peter's Square, head towards the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Once you reach the basilica, exit through the main doors and walk straight down the Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. After crossing, turn left and walk along the riverbank until you reach the first major street on your right, which is Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Turn right and continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Viale della Trinità dei Monti. Turn left onto Viale della Trinità dei Monti, and Villa Medici will be on your right at number 1.

    From St. Peter's Square, walk to the nearest bus stop located at Piazza San Pietro. Take bus number 62 towards 'Stazione Termini'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Piazza della Repubblica' stop. From there, walk towards Via Nazionale and take a left. Continue walking until you reach Via di San Giovanni in Laterano, then turn right. Follow this street until it intersects with Viale della Trinità dei Monti. Turn left, and you'll find Villa Medici at number 1.
