From the exit of the Vatican Museums, head towards the main entrance and exit the museum grounds. Once outside, turn right and walk along Viale Vaticano. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via delle Fornaci. Cross the street and continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout at Piazza San Pietro. Cross the road towards St. Peter's Basilica and walk straight to the Piazza San Pietro. From there, turn left onto Via della Conciliazione and continue straight until you reach a small square. Then, turn right onto Via di San Giovanni in Laterano, and continue straight until you reach Piazza di S. Luigi de' Francesi.

Alternatively, you can exit the Vatican Museums and head towards the Ottaviano Metro station. Take the Metro Line A towards Anagnina and get off at the Barberini station. After exiting the station, walk towards Via della Madonna dei Monti and continue straight until you reach Piazza di S. Luigi de' Francesi, which is located nearby.
