Take Line A (the orange line) from any station in Rome towards Anagnina. Get off at the 'Barberini' station. From Barberini, exit the station and walk towards Piazza Barberini. Once at the square, take Via Vittorio Veneto heading south until you reach Piazza della Repubblica. Continue straight onto Via Nazionale, then take a left onto Via del Traforo. Follow this street until you reach Piazza Madama, where Palazzo Madama is located.

Find a bus stop near your location that services lines 30, 81, or 87. Board the bus and travel to the 'Chigi' stop. From the bus stop, walk towards Via del Parlamento, then continue straight until you reach Piazza Madama. Palazzo Madama will be on your left.
