Walking
From the Vatican Museums, exit through the main entrance and head towards Viale Vaticano. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Turn right and walk along Via di Porta Angelica, which will turn into Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking until you reach Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). From there, take the right exit onto Via della Conciliazione and continue walking until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the bridge (Ponte Sant'Angelo) to the other side of the river. Once on the other side, continue straight to the intersection with Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Turn right and continue straight until you reach Piazza della Bocca della Verità. The Mouth of Truth is located in the square, next to the Basilica di Santa Maria in Cosmedin.
