Take the Metro Line B from Cavour station towards Laurentina, and get off at the next stop 'Colosseo.' Exit the station and walk towards the Colosseum, then follow Via di San Gregorio to reach Via del Velabro. The Arch of Janus will be on your left at Via del Velabro, 5.
