You will pass through the town of Marshfield. The Martin Covered Bridge will be on your right. There is parking available nearby.

  If you prefer public transportation, you can take the Greyhound bus from Burlington or Montpelier to St. Johnsbury. From the St. Johnsbury bus station, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to reach Martin Covered Bridge, as public transportation options directly to the bridge are limited.   If you are staying in Marshfield, you can walk to the Martin Covered Bridge. It is about a 1-mile walk from the town center. Head west on Main Street, then turn onto US-2 W. The bridge will be on your left side. This route is suitable for walking, but be cautious of traffic along the highway.
