You can take bus number 22 from Hanoi's Old Quarter. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop on Hang Bai Street. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes and get off at the Doi Can stop. From there, walk along Doi Can Street for about 10 minutes until you reach 463 P. Đội Cấn, where the Museum of Artillery is located.
