Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're in Hoan Kiem District, start at Hoan Kiem Lake. Head northwest along Dinh Tien Hoang street until you reach Trang Thi street. Turn right onto Trang Thi street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Le Duan street. Turn left onto Le Duan street, then take the first right onto Hùng Vương street. Follow Hùng Vương street for about 1 kilometer. The Presidential Palace will be on your right at 2 Hùng Vương, Ngọc Hồ, Ba Đình, Hà Nội.

  • Walking

    From the Old Quarter, head south towards Hang Dau street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Phan Chu Trinh street, then turn left. Walk down Phan Chu Trinh until you reach the junction with Le Duan street. Turn right onto Le Duan street and continue until you reach Hùng Vương street. Turn left onto Hùng Vương and the Presidential Palace will be on your right.

    If you are near the Vietnam Military History Museum, exit the museum and head southeast towards Duy Tan street. Follow Duy Tan street until it turns into Le Duan street. Continue walking on Le Duan street until you reach Hùng Vương street. Turn right onto Hùng Vương street; the Presidential Palace will be on your right side.

    You can take a bus to the Ba Dinh area. Board bus number 34 or 09 from the nearest bus stop. Get off at the Ba Dinh stop. From there, walk south on Hùng Vương street for about 500 meters. The Presidential Palace will be on your left at 2 Hùng Vương.
