    If you are starting from Hoan Kiem Lake, walk north towards Trang Thi Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ba Trieu Street. Turn left onto Ba Trieu and walk until you reach the intersection with Nguyen Du. From there, turn right onto Nguyen Du Street. Continue walking until you reach the large roundabout at the intersection with Ly Thai To Street. Go straight through the roundabout, and you will see the Vietnam National Assembly Building on your right at 1 Đ. Độc Lập, Quán Thánh, Ba Đình.

  • Public Transport (Bus)

    From the Old Quarter, catch Bus number 09 from the bus stop at Hang Cot Street. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes and get off at the stop near the Hanoi Opera House. From there, exit the bus and walk towards Trang Thi Street. Continue north until you reach the intersection with Ba Trieu Street. Turn left onto Ba Trieu, then right onto Nguyen Du. Follow Nguyen Du until you reach the roundabout at the intersection with Ly Thai To Street. Continue straight through the roundabout, and the Vietnam National Assembly Building will be on your right at 1 Đ. Độc Lập, Quán Thánh, Ba Đình.
