If you're driving from Assateague Island National Seashore, start by heading west on Assateague Island Access Road. Continue to the intersection with MD-611 and turn left onto MD-611. After about 4 miles, merge onto US-50 W towards Ocean City. Continue on US-50 for approximately 10 miles until you reach the intersection with MD-528. Turn left onto MD-528 and continue for about 3 miles. Finally, turn right onto S Atlantic Ave, and Ripley's Believe It or Not! will be on your left at 401 S Atlantic Ave, Ocean City, MD 21842.

For those using public transportation, you can take a shuttle or bus from Assateague Island to Ocean City. Start by taking the 'Assateague Island Shuttle' to the nearest bus stop. From there, transfer to the Ocean City bus line (OC Bus) which operates frequently during the tourist season. You will need to ride the bus to the stop at 4th St and S Atlantic Ave. From the bus stop, walk south for about 4 blocks on S Atlantic Ave, and you will reach Ripley's Believe It or Not! at 401 S Atlantic Ave, Ocean City, MD 21842.
