From Assateague Island National Seashore, head north on MD-611 (Stephen Decatur Highway) for approximately 8 miles. Continue straight as MD-611 becomes 138th Street in Ocean City. Follow the signs for the Boardwalk, and turn left onto Coastal Highway (MD-528). After about 2 miles, turn right onto 5th Street. Follow 5th Street until you reach the Boardwalk at 501 S Boardwalk, Ocean City, MD 21842. Parking is available at various public lots along the Boardwalk, but be prepared for parking fees that can range from $2 to $5 per hour depending on the season.

Catch the Ocean City Bus (Route 1) from the nearest bus stop in Assateague Island National Seashore. The bus operates seasonally, so check the schedule for the latest times.
