Follow VA-175 for about 10 miles until you reach the traffic circle. At the traffic circle, take the second exit onto Main St/VA-175. Continue straight, and you will eventually cross the bridge onto Chincoteague Island. Once on the island, follow Main St until you reach the intersection with Maddox Blvd. Turn right onto Maddox Blvd and continue for about 1.5 miles. The Waterman's Memorial will be on your left at 37.9007736 latitude and -75.4071763 longitude, just past the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge.
