    From any point in Great Dismal Swamp National Wildlife Refuge, get onto US-17 S. Follow US-17 S for approximately 10 miles until you reach the intersection with Victory Blvd. Turn left onto Victory Blvd and continue for about 2 miles. Paradise Creek Nature Park will be on your right at 1141 Victory Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23702. There is free parking available on site.

Once you are in Portsmouth, take the Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) bus route 2, which runs frequently.
