If you're driving to Old City Hall located at 1001 E Broad St #115, Richmond, VA 23219, you can start from anywhere in Greater Richmond. Use I-95 or I-64 to head towards downtown Richmond. Once you approach the downtown area, follow the signs for Broad St. Take Broad St exit and drive east until you reach 10th St. Turn left on 10th St, and then take another left onto E Broad St. Old City Hall will be on your left. There may be street parking available, or you can use nearby parking garages, which typically charge around $1-$2 per hour.

To reach Old City Hall via public transportation, you can take the GRTC Pulse bus. If you're near a Pulse station, board the bus heading towards the East End. Get off at the Broad & 10th stop. From there, walk two blocks east along Broad Street, and you will arrive at 1001 E Broad St #115. The bus fare is $1.50 for a single ride, and you can purchase tickets at the station or via the GRTC app.
