Car
From any point in Columbia River Gorge, head towards the Historic Columbia River Highway (US-30). If you're coming from Portland, take I-84 East and exit at Bridal Veil. Follow the signs to the Historic Columbia River Highway, and continue west until you reach Multnomah Falls. The falls are located at 50000 Historic Columbia River Hwy, Bridal Veil, OR 97010. Parking is available on-site, but be aware that a parking fee may apply during peak season.
Public Transportation
If you're traveling via public transportation, take the Columbia Gorge Express bus service from Portland. The bus departs from various locations in Portland and will take you directly to Multnomah Falls. Check the schedule and make sure to have exact change or a pre-purchased ticket for the ride. The bus will drop you off at the designated stop near the falls, and from there, it's just a short walk to the viewing area.
Walking/Hiking
For those already in the vicinity, there are several hiking trails that lead to Multnomah Falls. If you park at the Multnomah Falls parking area, you can take the paved path leading directly to the falls. There are also various trails, such as the Angel's Rest Trail, that offer stunning views of the gorge and lead down to the falls. Make sure to wear appropriate shoes and check trail conditions before heading out.
