Getting There

Car
If you are driving from Portland, Oregon, take I-84 E towards The Dalles. Continue on I-84 for about 38 miles, then take exit 44 for Cascade Locks. Follow the signs to Cascade Locks. Once in Cascade Locks, head south on WaNaPa St, then turn right onto the Historic Columbia River Highway (US-30). After approximately 2 miles, look for the trailhead to Munra Falls on your left. There is no official parking lot, so be mindful of where you park.

To reach Munra Falls via public transportation, start by taking the MAX Light Rail from Portland to Gresham. From there, transfer to the Columbia Gorge Express bus, which operates between Portland and Cascade Locks. Get off at the Cascade Locks stop. From the bus stop, walk south on WaNaPa St and then right onto the Historic Columbia River Highway (US-30). Follow this road for about 2 miles to find the trailhead on your left. Be aware that the bus may have limited schedules, so check the Columbia Gorge Express timetable in advance.
