Turn left onto SR 530 and continue for about 5 miles until you reach the town of Darrington. From Darrington, take the Mountain Loop Highway (Forest Road 20) for approximately 20 miles until you reach the parking area for Racehorse Falls. The parking area is located near the trailhead.

    If you are using public transportation, you can take a Greyhound bus to Darrington. Once there, you may need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to reach the Mountain Loop Highway. Be aware that public transportation options may be limited, and it is advisable to check schedules ahead of time. Once at the Mountain Loop Highway, follow the previous car guidance to the parking area for Racehorse Falls.
