From Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, start by heading southwest on Shoreline Trail toward Potomac Street. Turn right onto Potomac Street and continue for about 0.5 miles until you reach Route 340. Merge onto Route 340 North and continue for approximately 4 miles. Take the exit toward Route 7 East. Continue on Route 7 for about 15 miles, and then take the exit toward Leesburg. Merge onto Fort Evans Road NE and continue until you reach 241 Fort Evans Rd NE #699. The COACH Outlet will be on your right.

From Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Route 340. Take the Jefferson Lines bus towards Washington, D.C. and get off at the Leesburg stop. From there, you can take a local taxi or rideshare service to 241 Fort Evans Rd NE #699. The COACH Outlet should be a short ride away, typically around 10 minutes.
