    Catch the Harpers Ferry Shuttle from the Visitor Center. Request a stop at the Maryland Heights entrance. The shuttle runs hourly, so make sure to check the schedule. Once you get off, follow the signs to the Maryland Heights trailhead located at 171 Shoreline Drive.

    If you're already in Lower Town Harpers Ferry, you can walk to Maryland Heights. Start from the Harpers Ferry National Historical Park Visitor Center and head towards the footbridge over the Potomac River. After crossing the bridge, take a left and follow the path along the river until you reach Shoreline Drive.
