Menominee Park: A Scenic Oasis in Oshkosh

Getting There

• Walking

  If you're starting from downtown Oshkosh, head east on Main Street toward the Fox River. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Jackson Street. Turn right onto Jackson Street and follow it until you reach the riverfront. Once you arrive at the river, you can follow the path along the Fox River, which will lead you towards Menominee Park. The park is located on the east side of the river, just across from the downtown area. Look for the signs indicating the entrance to Menominee Park.

• Bicycling

  For those with a bicycle, start in downtown Oshkosh and head east on Main Street, then take a right onto Jackson Street. Continue down Jackson until you reach the riverfront. From there, you can follow the designated bike path along the Fox River. This path will take you directly to Menominee Park. Be sure to watch for pedestrians and enjoy the scenic views along the way!

• Public Transit

  Oshkosh has a public transit system called Go Transit. To reach Menominee Park, take the bus that stops at the Oshkosh Public Library or any nearby bus stop. Check the current bus schedule for routes that head toward Menominee Park. You will likely need to transfer to a bus that goes along the waterfront or to a stop near the park entrance. Once you get off the bus, follow the signs to Menominee Park, which is a short walk from the nearest bus stop.
