Getting There

    From Great Zimbabwe National Monument, head northwest on the A4 highway towards Masvingo. Drive for approximately 30 km until you reach the junction with the A12 highway. Turn left onto the A12 and continue for about 240 km until you reach the town of Kariba. Once in Kariba, follow the signs to the Mana Pools National Park entrance, which is roughly 65 km from Kariba. Note that the road to the park can be rough in places, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Be sure to check the conditions beforehand.

    From Great Zimbabwe National Monument, you can take a taxi or local bus to Masvingo. Once in Masvingo, find a bus service heading to Kariba.
