We did the hot air balloon with berber breakfast and camel ride. Yousef was prompt at picking us up from our hotel and greeted us with a warm welcome. He made our journey fun in his 4x4 going off the roads and chatted to us all like we knew each other for a long time. Very informative and offered his services for future excursions without being pushy. Great morning out, thank you.

We went on a wonderful day trip to the Ourika Valley with Youssef, and it was truly one of the highlights of our stay in Morocco. Everything was perfectly organized from beginning to end. Youssef picked us up right on time in a very clean, comfortable, air-conditioned car with Wi-Fi onboard — which was a great bonus, especially for a family trip. Along the way, he took the time to explain so much about the region, Berber culture, and the villages we passed through. He speaks clearly and with such passion, making every part of the journey both interesting and informative. When we arrived in the valley, we were amazed by the stunning scenery — mountains, rivers, and traditional villages. Youssef gave us plenty of time to walk around at our own pace, take photos, enjoy tea by the river, and really soak in the peaceful nature. He knows the area very well, and you can tell he genuinely wants his guests to have an unforgettable experience. We also enjoyed a lovely hike with a local guide up to the waterfalls, and Youssef made sure everything went smoothly for us, always available but never intrusive. What we appreciated most was the relaxed atmosphere, Youssef’s kindness, and the quality of the service. He’s not just a driver — he’s someone thoughtful and passionate who truly enjoys sharing the beauty of his country. Thank you again, Youssef, for this exceptional day!
