    OWA Parks & Resort is located at 101 S Owa Blvd, Foley, AL, at the northwest corner of the Foley Beach Express and County Road 20. From the Foley Beach Express, exit onto County Road 20 and follow the signs to OWA. Free parking is available in multiple lots on-site, accessible from South OWA Boulevard and North OWA Boulevard. Look for the clock tower to find the closest parking area to Tropic Falls.

Owned and operated by the Poarch Band of Creek Indians, OWA, meaning 'big water' in the Muscogee Creek language, pays tribute to the area's natural beauty and Native American heritage. The resort's centerpiece is Tropic Falls, a dual-themed park featuring both an amusement park and a large indoor water park with a convertible roof for year-round enjoyment. The 14-acre amusement park offers 23 rides and attractions for all ages, from thrill rides like the Rollin' Thunder roller coaster to family-friendly options. The indoor water park is the largest on the Gulf Coast and includes water slides, a lazy river, and a tropical-themed play area. In March 2023, OWA opened Big Water Bay, a 30,000-square-foot wave pool, and Coastal Curl, a surf simulator. Beyond the parks, Downtown OWA is a pedestrian-friendly entertainment district with shops, restaurants, and live entertainment venues.
