If you are starting from the center of Gjirokastër, head east on Rruga Çameri towards the main square. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rruga Ismail Qemali. After about 15-20 minutes of walking, you will reach Rruga Elvia Celebi. The castle entrance will be directly in front of you.
