From Grand Canyon Village, head east on Village Loop Drive, which becomes Desert View Drive (AZ-64). Continue for approximately 4.7 miles. Duck on a Rock Viewpoint will be on your right, with parking available. There is no cost for parking. Be aware that parking can be limited during peak hours.

From the Grand Canyon Visitor Center, take the free Kaibab Rim (Orange) Route shuttle bus. The bus runs year-round and stops at various points along the South Rim. Get off at the South Kaibab Trailhead stop. From there, walk east along Desert View Drive for approximately 0.8 miles to reach Duck on a Rock Viewpoint. Shuttle service is included with your park entrance fee.
