Car
From Grand Canyon Village, head east on Desert View Drive (Highway 64). Duck on a Rock Viewpoint is located approximately 4.7 miles east of the Grand Canyon Visitor Center, along Desert View Drive. There is ample parking available for cars, buses, and RVs. Parking is free.
Public Transport
From the Grand Canyon Visitor Center, take the free Kaibab Rim (Orange) Route shuttle. The shuttle provides access to viewpoints along the South Rim. Get off the shuttle at the South Kaibab Trailhead and walk east along Desert View Drive to Duck on a Rock Viewpoint. Shuttle service is free.

Taxis are available from Grand Canyon Village and the Grand Canyon Airport (GCN). A taxi from Grand Canyon Village to Duck on a Rock Viewpoint will cost approximately $15-$20. A taxi from the Grand Canyon Airport to Duck on a Rock Viewpoint will cost approximately $18-$22. Taxi service is available 24-hours daily.
