Walking
If you're starting from the Grand Canyon Visitor Center, exit the center and head south towards the main road (South Entrance Road). Continue walking along the road for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with Village Loop Drive. Turn left onto Village Loop Drive and walk for another 0.2 miles. Colter Hall will be on your left side, near the Grand Canyon Village area.

From the Bright Angel Lodge, walk east towards the main road (South Entrance Road). Once you reach the road, turn right and walk along it for approximately 0.5 miles. Keep an eye out for Village Loop Drive on your right. Turn onto Village Loop Drive and continue for about 0.2 miles until you see Colter Hall on your left.
