If you are at the Page Public Library, head north on S Navajo Dr towards E 5th Ave. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection of N Navajo Dr and E 6th Ave. Cross to the other side of the street and turn left onto N Navajo Dr. Walk about 0.2 miles and you will find State 48 Tavern on your right at 614 N Navajo Dr.
