    Kachina Point is located within Petrified Forest National Park. From the Painted Desert Visitor Center near the north entrance, drive approximately 1.9 miles south on the main park road. Follow the signs for Kachina Point and the Painted Desert Inn. Park in the designated parking area. Note that there is a $25 per vehicle entrance fee to the park, valid for seven days. Credit or debit cards are the only accepted form of payment.
