Car
If you're driving to the Red Rock Ranger District Visitor Center from downtown Sedona, head south on AZ-89A. After about 2 miles, take the exit for AZ-179 toward Cottonwood. Merge onto AZ-179 and continue for approximately 5 miles. The Visitor Center will be on your left at 8375 AZ-179. Look for the large sign indicating the Red Rock Information Center.

Public Transportation
To reach the Red Rock Ranger District Visitor Center using public transportation, take the Sedona Shuttle from your location in Sedona. Make sure to board the shuttle heading towards the Red Rock area. Disembark at the 'Red Rock Information Center' stop. The Visitor Center is a short walk from the bus stop. Follow the path that leads directly to the center along AZ-179.

Coming from the northern areas like Flagstaff, take I-17 South. Exit at 298 for AZ-179 toward Sedona. Continue on AZ-179 for about 20 miles. The Red Rock Ranger District Visitor Center will be on your right at 8375 AZ-179. Look out for the entrance as you approach the center.
