Be prepared for an 8-mile round trip from the Centerpoint Trailhead with substantial elevation gain on the return. Another option is to start at the Hemmed in Hollow parking lot and take the Sneeds Creek Trail. The hike is approximately 5 miles to the cabin. Remember to bring water and wear appropriate hiking shoes.
