From the Hot Springs Town Center, head to the nearest bus stop at Central Avenue and Park Avenue. Take the Ouachita Transit bus towards Mount Ida. The bus will take you through several towns, and you will need to get off at the Mount Ida stop. From there, it is approximately a 15-minute walk to Twin Creek Crystal Mine. Walk west on Collier Springs Rd until you reach #177.
Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Hot Springs. Head north on Central Avenue until you reach the intersection with Park Avenue. Turn left onto Park Avenue and continue until you reach Highway 270. Follow Highway 270 towards Mount Ida. Once you reach Mount Ida, navigate to Collier Springs Rd and continue until you reach #177.

Start from the Hot Springs Visitor Center at 629 Central Ave. Walk south on Central Avenue until you reach the intersection with Park Avenue. Continue on Park Avenue until it becomes Highway 270. Follow this road for about 20 miles until you reach Mount Ida. Once in Mount Ida, turn onto Collier Springs Rd and walk until you reach #177.
